Four years ago, we started noticing my daughter had a wart on her hand. One wart spread - two years later, she had 20. The doctor kept saying that her body would recoginize it as a foreign being in her body and fight it eventually. Well, it didn't. Keep in mind, my daughter loves natural food over junk food anyday - she loves veggies, fruits, etc. Offer my daughter a chocolate bar and she'll ask you for a tomato. So it's not like her body was full of toxins from foods, etc. She's good at washing her hands, etc. SO...
The doctor tells us to use some of the over the counter treatments... which entail putting salicylic acid based products, putting bandaids on them while that works, and praying it works. Well it did not. Imagine trying to keep bandaides on the hands of an active 9 year old girl. NOT.
Her next step was to have them frozen off.... I knew there had to be another solution. Besides being painful, it would not address the issue of the virus that caused these warts in her to begin with!
So, I brought home two bottles of Limu, put them in the fridge and requested my daughter try it. Well, after a few days, she noticed the warts starting to get smaller. This was encouraging enough to keep drinking it. Some days (ok probably most days), she only got one shot of it in her (2 ounces) but that was enough. She drank the two bottles (and loved the flavor!) and by the time she was finished with the two bottles, the warts were COMPLETELY gone. No scars, no pain, no bandaides.. just GONE. It's been two years now, and the warts are still GONE. No recurrance, nothing. Just nice looking hands that an 11 year old is not embarrassed to have around her friends ;)
